ERROR FREE Dispatching, Color Coding and Prioritized Messaging automatically displays client messages in a color
coded and prioritized format. Messages can be prioritized in 3 Priority Levels allowing more sensitive dispatching of
high priority accounts. Message Prioritizing is pre-set within account maintenance but can be revised immediately
depending upon the severity of the message taken.

Color codes allow dispatchers and supervisors to visually see "next steps" to be taken or to view failed emails and
text messages on a Real Time Basis.
